Two best friends, two collections, one shared love of beautiful things.

Cherished & Flora are two independent jewellery businesses run by best friends who share a space and a passion for jewellery. While we each curate our own collections through our own businesses and websites, we share a belief that buying pre-owned jewellery should be an enjoyable, personal, and special experience.

We began selling online through Etsy and eventually grew into our own websites and a shared office for our local customers. We wanted to create something that felt more like a small boutique experience than a traditional second-hand shop. Our Jewellery Salon is a place where you can take your time finding something special, without expectation to buy, while still enjoying the exceptional value that comes with buying pre-owned. We believe the experience of buying pre-owned is just as special as buying new. Possibly even more so. It's important to us that our customers enjoy the process of discovering something they love.  We love finding and sharing our treasures.

How It Works

Cherished & Flora are two separate businesses with two separate websites and collections, sharing one appointment-only office in central Nanaimo, BC. Appointments are booked online, and we bring your pre-selected pieces in specifically for your appointment and do not keep our entire jewellery collections on site.  

Our office is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. For privacy and security, we provide the office address after your appointment has been booked.

We also purchase gold and platinum jewellery, including broken or damaged pieces. If you have jewellery you'd like to sell, you can book an appointment with us and we'll assess it and make you a fair offer.
